Meals and additional activities (like boat rides or elephant safaris) are clearly listed per tour and can be added on request. There are no hidden charges.
How are private day tours priced — per person or per group?
Our private day tours are priced per group, not per person (apart from monument entry fees which are charged individually). This means a couple or family of four shares the same base vehicle and guide cost — making private tours excellent value for groups of 2 or more. The prices shown on our listings are the per-person equivalent for 2 people travelling together.

Is the Taj Mahal open every day for private day tours?
The Taj Mahal is closed every Friday for prayers. It is open all other days from sunrise to sunset.
