The draft must be drawn in Indian Rupees (INR) and is payable at any bank in India. Please courier or hand-deliver the draft to our Agra office, or arrange with your bank to send it directly.

Is it safe to pay for my India tour online?

Absolutely. India Bon Voyage uses PayPal — one of the world’s most trusted payment platforms — for online transactions. PayPal payments are encrypted, covered by Buyer Protection, and never expose your card details to us directly. Bank transfers are made directly to our verified HDFC Bank account.

No, you do not need a PayPal account. When you receive our PayPal payment link, you can choose to pay as a guest using any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB). Simply click “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” on the PayPal page.

A full deposit is typically required to confirm your booking and begin hotel and transport reservations. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your tour start date. For last-minute bookings (within 30 days), full payment is required. Please contact us for specific terms for your booking.

PayPal accepts payments in most major currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, and more — PayPal handles the currency conversion automatically. For bank wire transfers, payments are accepted in INR (Indian Rupees), USD, EUR, or GBP. Bank drafts must be issued in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
PayPal payments are confirmed instantly — you’ll receive your booking confirmation email within a few hours, often sooner. Bank wire transfers typically take 1–3 business days to reflect; we send your confirmation once the funds have cleared. For bank drafts, confirmation is sent upon physical receipt of the instrument at our Agra office.
