Terms & Conditions

 1. Acceptance of Terms

  • A reservation of any travel service by you with India Bon Voyage evidences your implied acceptance of having read, understood, and agreed upon the Terms & Conditions stated below.
  • Availability and acceptance are subject to all bookings.

2. Contract Formation

Your contract with India Bon Voyage is valid only when:

  • We get the requested advance payment, and
  • We provide a written Booking Confirmation.

3. Booking Modifications

Any changes requested after booking have to be made in writing. Changes could be subject to a charge.

4. Payments

  • It requires an advance payment to secure booking – 20 to 30%. 
  • Full payment is required before the tour starts or as indicated during the confirmation process. 
  • In case of non-payment, we can cancel without refund. 

5. Cancellation & Refund 

We will process refunds as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy listed elsewhere.

6. Travel Documentation

It is imperative for clients to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and travel insurance cover. Travel denial on account of document evasion is not our responsibility.

7. Changes in the Itinerary

We can alter our itinerary in the following circumstances:

  • Weather or safety concerns
  • Supplier changes
  • Government or regulatory orders
  • No refund will be issued if changes to your itinerary are made due to safety and operational reasons.

8. Force Majeure 

We shall not be responsible for any delay/cancellation due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Govt. restrictions
  • Political unrest
  • Any occurrence beyond our control
  • Refund arrangements are determined by third-party vendors.

9. Liability

We are the facilitators for third party service providers (hotels, airlines, transporters). We will not be responsible for:

  • Loss/theft of baggage
  • Flight Delays/Cancellations by Airlines/Railway
  • Service provider neglect 
  • Our responsibility shall be restricted to amounts we receive from them. 

10. Governing Law 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes in New Delhi, India should be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts there.
