Cancellation & Refund Policy
The customer must cancel the appointment through written notice (e-mail/WhatsApp). The charge structure is as follows:

Charges are applicable to the total cost of the tour packages.

Hotel refund policies depend upon the particular hotel.
Return of flight or train fares is subject to the rules of the concerned

We do not charge for cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, although refunds are based on recovery of amounts due to supplier terms.
Refund Process
We will refund within 7-14 working days through the original mode of payment.
No-Show/Unused Services
No refund will be given for no-shows, early check-out, or untaken services.
